We have made things as easy as possible to allow anyone, from anywhere in the world, to participate, but some easy rule, so please before to apply read the regulations, thanks

The game: submit a value that in your opinion is an appropriate selling price for the Domain Name "Olympionic.com", within a 50,000 up 500,000 USD: if the name will be sold at the price suggested by you, Genial Names.com will pay to you the 10% of the final price!

The prize: consist in the 10% of the final selling price* for the Domain Name "Olympionic.com" * Note: to make the game more thrilling and to avoid too many concurrent winners and hence possible conflicts, for final selling price is intended deducted the cost of the Escrow service, (that is unknow to anybody until a deal is concluded), that only means that it will not affect the amount of the prize that will be referred always to the effective price payed by the buyer!

Who Win: the number closest to the final selling price deducted by the Escrow service cost(*read the note above), within a range of 5% (±)

Other winnings: If no participants matches the price within the 5% then:
a) the closest number within the 10% of the selling price win the 5% of the final price,
b) while the other 5% will be given to charity and,
c) in case no one guess, the full 10% of the final price will be given to charity.

The Winner must require the prize within 90 days from the date of publication of the results, we will put any effort to pubblicize the event and will send trhee e- mail to the adress provided to us, if after this term the second arrived will be considered as Winner and we try to contact him with the same rules as above, if again no answer after 90 days the third more closed winner will be considered, after that the prize will be given to charity.
The same as above applies if a prize is not assigned or retired for whatever other reason (e.g. non valid data provided )

Payment: to each submission is assigned an exclusive security code system, that guarantee the identification of the submitter hence validate prizes claims: so the prize will be payed only to that person that will show the correct combination .

Exception (willing) : if the selling price exceed 500.000 USD all the exceeding will be donated to charity (note:for that the winner 10% percent is calculated only up 500.000 USD)

Liability: since no personal informations are required in order to participate to this game it is your sole and unique responasability to take care of the codes that will be provided to you during the submission process, we do accept only claims that come completed with all the codes as provided and do not respond for any exception as well to update your e-mail if you change it .

Participants: must be in the legal age, in their own country, to claim the price.
Sorry, we do not pay in those countries where not allowed by the European Community.

Privacy policy: we do not collect personal data of the participant except an e-mail where to send the confirmation code and we guarantee that this e-mail will not be used for any other reason than that, naither give to anyone for no reason. Please report any abuse.

Duration: this promotion expire h. 00.24. 12-31-2004, except in case the first offer match or exceed 500.000 USD before that date, in such case submissions will be simply closed.
